Welcome to Nexwear! We’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the important details about how we process and ship your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. Whether you’re in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or any other location, we’ll make sure your order reaches you.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer various shipping methods to fit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (most major cities)

  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available for select areas)

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. You can see the exact shipping fee at checkout before confirming your order.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

  • Orders received during public holidays may take a bit longer to process, but we will notify you of any delays.

4. Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping for all orders over PKR 2000 within Pakistan.

  • For orders below PKR 2000, a shipping fee will be applied based on your location.

5. Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date on our shipping partner’s website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible, there may be some delays due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • National holidays

  • Unforeseen issues with the delivery service

In the case of any significant delay, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on the status of your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged item or if your package doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us immediately. We’ll investigate the issue and work with you to either replace or refund your order.

  • We do our best to ensure every order is securely packaged, but if damage occurs during transit, we’ll handle it for you.
